Bill Harmon inspected a home I’m going to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took pictures of everything that he found that needed fixing or replacing. He walked me through everything that he found and was genuinely concerned for my safety with the windows in the home not locking. Within the next day he had a detailed report with pictures of his findings and suggestions. I highly recommend Bill Harmon.
Bill went above and beyond. He not only went through the house carefully, he walked me through everything, and when I asked him about something he even gave personal advice on how he would fix things, which he didn't have to do and is well appreciated. Even after the initial inspection he was very responsive when anything was needed.
I contacted Bill on a Wednesday afternoon and, less than 24 hours later, my inspection was thoroughly completed, we walked through the home together and looked at everything he found in depth, and I had a written copy (with pictures included) emailed to me?! SUCH great service, as he looks at the home as if it were going to be his own and provides honest and knowledgeable insight for a buyer's informed decision making purposes.
