I have recently used the services provided by your Ballarat branch, both Leigh and Renee were fantastic with their prompt attention to my requests and previously Renee with the purchase and installation of the doors. I highly recommend these people to anyone wanting a build or doors or concrete.
It took them 3 months to prepare and install our shed door. The quality of their product might be good but their customer service is aweful and that's as important. They made mistake in the measurements and that pushed us back to the back of the line again. Although it was their mistakes, instead of prioritising our work or give us compensation of some sort, Randall and Renee did nothing but just handballing. Rang for a quote on a new door. Renee, off the cuff accused me of refusing to give my address to the guy I spoke to earlier when I left my details for a call back. Strike one. Then went on to say “We don’t do phone estimates because we only do call out measure ups.” I told her the shed wasn’t built yet. Strike two. She then said “we are a high end company and we don’t do free quotes” and started rattling off warranty blurb to substantiate.
