Tried to call to make a complaint due to excess blowing of the horn. If the driver is having a bad day it is not my problem. 2 honks is fine and if the child doesn't come out you are supposed to leave. Why honk the horn and wake the whole block. This is unacceptable. Let me go to your street and honk like a lunatic.
