Great response time from the maintenance guy Tele, hardworking and efficient when solving problems.
From out of state, I worked with Peter Lester to fill our rental property and he made it very easy to get it done! He was responsive to my communication in a timely manner and found a tenant quickly. I would use him again in the future.
I feel compelled to caution others about a potentially fraudulent experience with SAFE Property Management. After submitting our application, my wife and I were required to pay fees for a pet profile and other associated costs. Last Friday, we were informed that our application had been approved and that we could move into the property this upcoming Tuesday.
