I feel compelled to caution others about a potentially fraudulent experience with SAFE Property Management. After submitting our application, my wife and I were required to pay fees for a pet profile and other associated costs. Last Friday, we were informed that our application had been approved and that we could move into the property this upcoming Tuesday. I am completely pleased with the service provided, my experience with your work has been more than extraordinary, I have no complaints, you have been more than efficient with your work.
Popped up at our house at random times when required to give 24 hour advance notice per lease, left a bunch of junk in the house at move in for us to “do with as we would like” which we disposed of, and we were charged almost $500 out of our deposit for it not being there when we moved out with no mention either verbally or in writing that it had to convey at the property. I am a property owner 2 houses down from a home managed by this property management company. I know that property management can be difficult and stressful. What is stressful for me and my neighbors is that a tenant's german shephard ,under Pedro's management, has been escaping a dilapidated fence and cornering/growling at people in the neighborhood.
