Tele Ramos is awesome! Always comes when we need him to fix stuff and does it amazing!
Tele is awesome. Had an issue come up with an appliance and within a day of notifying the management group, Tele made contact with me to inspect the issue. He was able to identify the problem with the oven, located a replacement part and was able to repair the appliance successfully and in very reasonable amount of time. Again very impressed with the service we receive. Great work all around.
Submitted an application but never heard back from anyone or received a refund. I even called after two months to inform them about it & she told me we’ll get back to you, but no one ever did. Edit: no they didn’t leave me a single voicemail, I have record of all of my voicemails. There was no further contact, I had to call to even let them know about this & even after that, no contact.
