Great job! Took th ed time to find wasp nests that were hidden around the roof line.
Guillermo did a great job in his latest service of my residence. He even came back later in the week to do the back yard, because the dogs were in there on his initial visit.
This visit where is a follow up request to check for wasps in the backyard? There is no charge since I am doing annual treatment. Communication was fantastic since I was not on Site when the inspection was done.
We have been with Safe Pro for many years & have been very pleased with their great service. The technicians are always punctual, knowledgeable & courteous. Javier arrived for our quarterly treatment today. He listened to my concerns & questions regarding the ants and sink flies that have been showing up in the kitchen and bathroom. He was very informative & I'm confident that the treatment he used will be effective.
Khalil has been my Tech two times out so far. Each time he was courteous, professional, on time and kept me in the loop via text as to his ETA. He was thorough and explained to me exactly what he was either spraying or the granular put down and why. Since hiring this company, I have 70% fewer wasps than I did last year, and they came back between sprays to address water bugs and spiders due to all the rain we had in June.
