The office staff is slow in responding and verifying insurance. It took over a month from our intake appointment before they verified the insurance and by that time my family had started back using a former provider. We needed someone with weekend availability so I still decided to give the service a try for my fam. They made my fam do another intake which made no sense and further delayed the services.
