This gym has a fantastic atmosphere with plenty of equipment to keep your workouts interesting! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoy the variety of classes offered, making it easy to switch things up and stay motivated.

When I first started physical therapy at SAFE I could barely put pressure on my knee while walking. However, Calvin was able to determine exactly what was causing the issue and he immediately started working with me to bring it back to full capacity. Calvin is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable and is attentive to your needs and questions. The environment is always clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing physical therapy!
This group is very professional , helpful , caring ,and very focused on your individual needs. If you want to see progress in your needs this is the place to come. They also are very acconadating to your schedule..
