I recently hired Safe N Sound to do an asbestos test in my 50 year old condo. I explained my wish to reinsulate our exterior walls as we found the bedroom was always cold. Mike reviewed the situation and determined that most of the coldness in our bedrooms was due to being over an unheated garage. He recommended 'fixing' the basement before addressing the wall concerns and left without taking the asbestos test and would not take any payment for his time.
