One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business! I rented the unit on Feb 28th and on the 5th of March I went that night to drop off some things and grab some things i needed only to find the gate code didnt work. It was after biz hours so after checking my email which i jadnt done due to being in middle of moving I realized rent was due on the 1st, the very next day after I rented it and so I went online and paid it. Good to go, right? I thought so only to get to my unit to find a lock on the door of theirs! So... read more
Easy to get to and secure! They notified me that my unit lock latch was not pushed in enough and easily openable, and I went and fixed it. Great to know they are looking out for us and not just collecting money!
Nice clean facility. Easy to get rental set up.
