Did my contract online, had to go in to get some help with gate access. Not very helpful or friendly. Basically insinuated I was dumb, although I did miss a huge sign on the gate code console on how to enter. But still, and didn't even tell me where my unit was....just went searching. Most places are going to full on self serve...why even have a person at desk...
