I guess when you choose the cheapest storage facility in the area, you get the service that comes with it. The units themselves are fine, I never had any issues. But the “customer service” that comes with them is pathetic. It’s a long review, but worth your time. I tried calling the facility numerous times to update my contact information as my phone # and address had changed. I couldn’t get anybody on the phone and couldn’t leave a voicemail. We had our storage locker broken into. Mike the management/owner clearly doesnt care and doesnt want to help fix or sort out any problems. Many lockers have been reported broken into and he has done nothing about it. He never changes locks or replaces them so anyone can go into the storage facility. His phone is never on or the mailbox is full so we can never get ahold of him or leave a voicemail. This guy is shady as hell.
