Initially, a technician arrived at my property but did not treat the lawn. I have security cameras around my home that confirm this. After I contacted the office, the owner did come out with a new technician a few weeks later, and the lawn was finally treated. Unfortunately, we experienced a major downpour just 30 minutes after that treatment. I called the office to request a retreat, which I feel was reasonable given the circumstances, but it was denied. My lawn has been treated for approximately 13 years with great results. Safe Lawn also landscaped my front lawn with sod and shrubbery and it’s the best looking lawn on my street, per neighbors walking and stopping to compliment. Good honest company.
