Luke inspected my new home and did a great job! His inspection was very thorough, and once he was done he personally reviewed the details with my realtor and I. He explained everything and gave recommendations on what could be diy vs hire a professional to address. The report he generated for me had great detail and was very easy to use. I highly recommend Luke and Safe House Home Inspection!

Quite literally saved us from buying a beautiful and very well polished nightmare. I have experience building and saw a lot of things, but no where near what Safehouse found during the most thorough house inspection I’ve ever paid anyone to do in all the 30 years I’ve been buying houses. Money well spent. I will use this guy as long as he is still in business.
Luke did a fantastic job on the home inspection for the house we're buying. Incredibly thorough, and covered everything we needed to know going in. He took the time to make sure we understood everything thoroughly -- and he had the knowledge to give really helpful answers to all my questions. He clearly takes great care in his work and takes the responsibility of the role seriously. He was also super friendly and easy to work with. I would 100% hire him again!
Luke did a very thorough inspection for us and then patiently and carefully explained all his findings. He was professional and personable.
