Run away. This company is a disaster, and I recommend you not find out personal. Start with deceptive sales practices, fraudulent contracts, poor customer service, lack of professional installation, and failure to monitor what they install. 2 off my cameras had been down for 3 weeks, and I had to notify them. Get if the middle of the train track AND RUN away.

My wife was lied to from the get go. The salesman led her to believe he was with ADT. Technically he was, but through a third party and never told her. When we sold our house the new owner called ADT to transfer service. Well, they hooked up his service but for me to get out of the contract he would have to do it through Safe Home Control, the third party company that we did not know about.
