The caregivers they sent are recently hire over the Internet, take a test and send in their ID, none of them know where the office is and never met anyone in person from the office. One tried to come in my house with out me opening the door after cancelling with the company. One comes early and falls asleep in my bed, Another brings their kids, and another one takes my keys and I had to call the police to get them back.
