I have used several other locations in and outside or Richmond and this one is by far the best when it comes to cleanliness, security, and customer service. They are professional and have the best storage options available!
Such a nice and convenient place! Great security and coded gate! I literally never even had to see a person and was able to rent, use, and cancel when needed with such ease. I had a small unit because that’s all I needed, but they have several sizes to choose from
We are moving to the area from out of state. After a bad experience at a different storage facility Maureen saved the day at Safe Haven Storage in Richmond. She helped my husband every step of the way and got us the unit we needed. She was so helpful!! This is a business that cares about its customers. Would recommend 100%
