Never had a better therapist than the one I found here. Eric has helped me pull through some tough times and give me the tools to keep bettering myself. Would recommend them to anyone that is looking to get some help on a wide range of issues.

Sarah is amazing. She helped me through an awful point in my life. I saw a previous review mention that she creates a safe and peaceful place, and I couldn't agree more. My weekly visit to Sarah is often the highlight of my week. Whether it's talking through our problems, EMDR, or any of the amazing mindfulness exercises we do, Sarah always finds a way to help me make sense of the craziness going on. Kind, patient, warm, just amazing.
