We hired Dakota based off her great ratings on Google. She cleaned our home twice and did a great job. The day before the 3rd scheduled bi-weekly cleaning she checked in on start time as she usually did. We confirmed and she said great see you then. She didn't show up, I texted twice and never got a response and never heard from her again. First and foremost, I hope she is ok.
