Service was great when started but as time go by wasn't so great. She really didn't reach out to me being POA. Saying client was able to answer and communicate. But there was a reason of the POA. Service got bad things wasn't done as supposed to. Days was being missed with no notice. No communication to client or POA. Had changed caregivers couple times. I myself don't think have protocols together. Home Health Care service in Columbia SC.
Don’t take your people there. These people are crooks they will take your money they will not do what they say. They’re going to do on the document. Your family will soon die there after placing them they are do not take your people there.
