You won’t find anyone better! Lorraine has helped me regain a new sense of hope for my life. She encourages me to face/confront my deepest fears and personal struggles. Lorraine's space truly is a Safe Haven. I had never tried therapy before, let alone art therapy, and I am so glad I did. Lorraine is calm, welcoming, patient, and everything you want in a therapist. Safe Haven Arts has helped my 8 year old (middle child) enjoy life. She has gone from saying that she hates her life daily to just having a bad day. And now she even recognizes that the bad moments will pass and the day is not actually ruined. By integrating art into therapy, she stays interested in each session.
