I cannot say enough wonderful things about safe Harbor itself Nick Jen and Chelsea are fantastic however I have never dealt with a more efficient and effective Front office/admin staff! They are truly exceptional I have worked and run my own Mentalhealth programs I’ve been a director of program And I have never ever Been able to hire anyone as effective as this front desk staff and admin. Don’t waste your time. They don’t want to talk to you and will repeatedly direct you to the website where you WONT find the answers to your questions. They also do not have doctors, just NP’s. No thanks!
I frequently refer clients to Annie’s group practice. She is a knowledgeable, thoughtful prescriber who leads with care. Clients feel heard and supported, and I trust her clinical judgement completely. An excellent partner in collaboration!
