I opened my unit on the 25th. It's the 14th and they won't allow me access to my things due to "late fee" when it hasn't even been a month since I started storing here. They asked for paperwork on my current domestic violence case (the reason I escaped to Maine and am storing here) very much an over step, and still wouldn't give me access. Sneaky, dishonest, morally skewed , and inconvenient business(hardly any parking and almost impossible access with trailer) DO NOT STORE HERE
Went above and beyond to make sure all customer service needs were met, with kindness and followed through with prompt responses for any questions that were needing answered. Speaking with the owner was a pleasure and highly recommend using safe harbor to store your belongings safely and securely, and for an amazing price.
