I would strongly caution anyone considering applying through Safe Harbor Realty. I submitted my application and paid the application fee on May 1, yet I did not receive a final response until May 21 — and honestly, I believe it would have taken even longer had I not repeatedly followed up, shown up to the office in person, and pushed for updates because my intended move-in date was June 1. Mr Reagan was one of the nicest property owners that I've ever met I have a voucher and he worked with me he treated me like anybody else he didn't look down at me because I had a voucher. God bless him
Do Not rent unprofessional people
Do not rent from Safe Harbor Reality . Nothing safe about them .Eddie or Edward very unprofessional hung up in my face do not rent at 66 e. 50th street . I put in my application in November haven’t heard a word from them .I think it’s a scam for application fees . I’m telling u will regret it .Im actually disputing my application fee as we speak . Responsible for permitting I.C.E. into a residential building (7500 South Shore) to violate the sanctity of the living space and the safety of the people who pay to live there. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the decisions you’ve made.
