Awful customer service, doesn’t return phone calls. Shady business practices, went into my apartment and painted/cleaned BEFORE my lease was up and before I turned in keys, so that they could keep my deposit. Doesn’t uphold the terms in their lease, as they did nothing about extreme noise and harassment from neighbors.
