We have used the boarding and grooming services here before with no complaints. Infact, we loved the groomer and thought very highly of the owner to the boarding facilities. Not anymore. We boarded our little girl over a holiday weekend. Safe Harbor Boarding's owner told me they were full to capacity. She even joked about how they were overflowing. We board our dog 2-3 times per year and have never had any kind of problems. We found out this place was open and close to our home (and cheap), so we tried it. NEVER again! Our dog came back sick, lethargic, un happy, tail tucked between the legs, hiding in the house, and stunk like urine. Anywhere is better than this place. I now know why it's so cheap. Poor service.

We have used the boarding services at Safe Harbor and really liked it. You can tell the ladies love what they do and they take excellent care of the dogs. It's a cozy atmosphere, just like home. It's also very affordable.

This place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We were very impressed with how well it smelled even. We used the grooming services and will now use the boarding services as well. The ladies here are very nice and professional. We wrote a review already for the grooming services under Wagg'n tails day spa. We'll write another review here after we use the boarding services. We have not used the boarding services, but we have used the grooming services. The groomer is VERY good with dogs and really tries to understand what it is you're wanting in a haircut. She is just as patient with the human client as she is with the dogs. Our little guy looked so handsome when he was done, and he smelled GREAT! I would highly reccomend the grooming services here.
