Totally irresponsible at the Greenport NY yard. Requested boat launch and was completely ignored, lied to and received a bill 2 months later. I requested a contract and was ignored. Many calls to correct situation with no responses. Emails to corporate office & .commany phone calls to the corporate office , was a joke. My boat was broken into twice and exterior damage done.
