Awesome location and even better staff. We are members at the 121 location and brought our boat here for the holiday weekend. The General Manager Ion is an absolute legend. He stayed late to check us in after an unexpected travel delay and was incredibly responsive anytime we had a question or request. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Safe Harbor Emerald Point Marina. A shout-out to Aspen who was SO incredibly nice, knowledgeable & helpful. She went the distance to help make our time on the water great. Thank You Aspen! You Rock!!
All about the bottom line. New management and too bad. All my boating buddies and I are just simply over it. Having to deal with the lakes being low and now this poor management. Supposed to be a big shot from Conroe but all he is is greedy. All the good people are gone and no longer the same place it was. Lot more marine is on the lake than this one that I'd rather go to.
