Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about the Safe Harbor team. I came in totally overwhelmed and stressed, and they jumped in with such calm, clear-headed guidance. Not only did they help me untangle a messy tax situation, but they also caught a bunch of things I would’ve totally missed.
I’ve been using Safe Harbor for my personal taxes, and they take the time to understand my financial situation. Chun is trustworthy, professional and friendly—I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my taxes!
My spouse and I just finished filing for what was a very complicated tax year for us and Chun's US and Canadian teams were both incredible. I don’t normally post here. But the other 1 star reviews resonated with my experience so strongly that I thought I’d leave a note here just to provide some caution for others. Just be aware and ask questions before moving forward to make sure this team is right for you. Chun’s temper really got the best of us. I’ve been afraid to post because we are concerned about what Chun will do to retaliate. So just leaving it here, buyer beware.
