This was my first time ordering, and the process was exceptional. Great price, easy ordering, fast shipping… The product was packed well and I would certainly order from them again!
Summary: Misleading pricing and business practices. Details: From the start their website was acting up. When I clicked the buy now button it would not add to the cart. After several attempts (I thought it was my browser) I ordered an item during cyber week and promptly received order confirmation. After about a week I decided to call in for the order status because I didn't see any update on line nor in my email inbox.
