I have been delayed a little writing this review, but these guys are so great. We were cruising down the ICW and called ahead for a slip. They had no trouble getting us in. All Safe Harbors have a good level of service, but Bluewater is just better. Very well trained dockhands, fast, responsive VHF communications. Early morning fuel dock. They have a nice pool and bar setup and great restaurant. Perfectly lined up for the Mile #1 on the AICW. Thanks guys!
We had a great stay at Safe Harbor Bluewater! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, hot showers. Free laundry. Short walk to a Food Lion grocery store, and Surf Rider restaurant on site. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Marina staff are the nicest folks we've met so far on our trip South.
Let’s applaud the service team. Bluewater delivers experience and service with a smile even when the winds are blowing at 33. This marina and safeharbor great island in maine are our 2 preferred service locations on the east coast. Clean friendly knowledgeable and service always delivered with a can do smile. Priceless.

Blue Water Safe Harbor is a large marina, across from Norfolk just on the edge of Hampton VA. Floating Docks make tie up easy and getting on off the boat is always doable. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable, pump out fuel and haul out services are available. Nice bathrooms/ showers, all clean and there is a pool and restaurant on site. The downtown area is a water taxi or Uber ride away as is grocery and other services.
