Management is the worst and cruel!!! Cars vandalized! Pot holes!
not a safe place to live at all. lived here a very long time and was glad to get out! managers are not helpful at all when it comes to altercations with other tenants
We rent a house from jessica and her team in shelbyville going on 4 years, I seen some reviews on here that just aren’t accurate, they have been a complete blessing to my family, if you are looking for a home i highly recommend Them.
Management does a nice job of staying on top of the property. Maintenance is always pretty quick if an issue happens. It’s a quiet community which is a nice change from the city I’m used to.
