If it were possible, I would give this company zero stars. I recently closed a transaction with them, and the process was highly unprofessional. The documentation was mishandled and my commission was paid incorrectly, even after I had provided my escrow letter post-closing which is when they asked for my escrow letter. Despite multiple requests, the issue was never corrected, leaving me to resolve their mistake on my own. Not only are they courteous and take time to explain all that is going on with the clients they truly go over and beyond!
