So glad to have reached out to Safe Electrical for help on looking into the faulty outlet and tripped breaker caused by broken microwave. Says 24 hours. Called at 11pm no response, Got a call back at 9am (regular business hours) I said I had someone coming but thanks so much anyways, just hung up in my ear. Don’t say 24hrs if you’re not even able to answer the phones after 10pm or call back before 6am. Thanks but no thanks.

I first called Muhammad for an emergency call to restore a breaker. He offered a reasonable time to arrive and fix the problem. He alerted me to the root problem and offered a solution so that the problem wouldn't reoccur. He coordinated everything with Toronto Hydro and completed the job in a professional manner. Muhammad provided up-front pricing, no hidden fees and the job was completed as scheduled. I'll be calling Safe Electrical again for future jobs!
