Tom, and the team, were great to work with! They provided great service, took their time and made sure I was aware of all the updates they made in overhauling a very aged circuit box. Matt (plumber) came up with a great solution for water supply (hot & cold!) for a ceramic area in my basement. Joel (electrician) also figured out the extra outlets needed for a potter’s wheel which were mounted on a brick wall. (as well as additional outlet & surge protector). They went above & beyond (installing smoke detector battery, eliminating nonessential plumbing parts from non functioning water conditioner). They definitely deserve 5+ star review. I contacted Safe Electric and Plumbing about our sump pump. Matt arrived on time, reviewed our existing sump pump and its issues, and then made his recommendations on how to proceed and the options available. Matt did excellent work and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I liked the intro text I received before the appointment introducing Matt and his outside interests (we spoke a little bit about his gold prospecting). Highly recommend Safe Electric and Plumbing.
Installed new meter box and found damaged wire caused by spectrum tech when they install cable back in 2018. Glad I had work done. They did a good job. Professional crew. I would highly recommend .
We had a "laundry list" of electrical jobs needing done around our house. Safe Electric was courteous and helpful from start to finish. Scheduling with Susan (I believe that was her name) to have an electrician out to give us an estimate was a breeze. Jack was our guy and he was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, honest, informative and answered any questions/concerns we had throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Safe Electric.
