Ben did an amazing job on my dryer/lint problem. Very thorough and professional. My only regret is that I didn’t call him sooner!
Spoke to Ben on the phone and Jim came out to do the work. Both were a pleasure to work with. I'm embarrassed to admit how much lint they blew out of my vent line but thankful to have it done. Our clothes are drying in a single cycle now! Will continue to use them going forward and recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks again!!
I chose this company because of an advertised special $199 for a full-house duct cleaning. But when they arrived, I was immediately told that the price only covered “basic surface cleaning” and that I’d need to upgrade to a $500+ package for any real results. I felt pressured into agreeing, and by the end, I was charged over $700 with barely any explanation of what was actually done.
