I have mixed opinions about the experience. Our technician did a good job, and was pretty quick. However, there were several spots that were missed. I won't blame him, though, because I did not point them out specifically. My biggest complaint was that I felt deceived for the pricing. I had called to get a quote and was told I would pay "no more than $40" for the one room I had. I was explicit that it was for cat urine.
