Jordan Brewer arrived on time, courteous, gave estimate in 10 minutes. 3 choices and no hassell. Finished 2 large office spaces in 2 hours. All stains were gone and the offices were left with a light clean smell.
Had an issue with initial service but Garrick and the entire team with Safe-Dry fit in same day service to come out, investigate, and rectify the issue wonderfully. A company is not only identified by its initial service but how they handle customer support and fixing mistakes (as they are bound to happen) and Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning has shown to be professional on all front. Highly recommend.
