The technician was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the products and services. I truly appreciated his honesty and recommendations regarding additional treatments for our carpet. As for the cleaning results, I wasn’t 100% satisfied — perhaps it was the solution used, but I didn’t notice a major difference in two of the rooms.
