If I could give zero stars I would. Asked for stair runners and area rug to be cleaned. Area rug had pet urine stain. They came and squirted some chemicals on rug, used a rotating cleaner, no extraction - so where did the dirt and water go? After almost two hours still damp BUT most importantly stains still present and urine smell still present. So what did they really accomplish?? Very disappointed.
This company is laughably bad. My wife had a technician come over to clean our couches and chairs. They left a mess throughout the entire living room, kitchen and dining room. A white film on the floors, leather chairs, windows, foot prints everywhere. It was stunning how much of a mess it was. When I asked them for a refund, Al's response was, somebody has to come back to try and make it right. Total waste of my time and money. Pulled a bait & switch and left without cleaning anything. Called about using a Groupon for 3 rooms + hall and adding on 2 more rooms + stairs. Was told to buy Groupon then call back for appointment. Was told extra rooms would be $40 each and $40 for the stairs. So I made an appointment thinking I would be paying $208 ($88 Groupon plus $120 add-ons). Tech showed up on morning of appointment and quoted me $469. This place is the best! Ramone was super cool, kind and knowledgeable. After having a well known carpet cleaning company out, 2 times, to get our puppy pees- both attempts unsuccessful- Safe-Dry got the smell out! Very impressed! Will recommend to friends and family! Thanks so very much!!
They change their price from what I was told to what the technician charged. I scheduled the work but my wife was home to let technician in to work and the price more than doubled. I feel they took advantage of my wife. Quality was not good either. The office staff was of no help either, please look for another carpet cleaner service.
