Outstanding service yet again from Chimsafe. Very pleased with the service received from Ben with the blower installation. Professional, personable and thorough. Explained the device, how it works, and what to expect. Explained things about the fireplace I never even knew. And didn't mind my constant questions. THANK YOU, Ben! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chimsafe. 5*s +!
Safe Chimney provides customers with one of the most convenient scheduling services I’ve handled with contractors. Eian was a wonderful technician and did a great job. Will use Safe Chimney moving forward.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Did great work and left everything clean.
Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Quick and thorough. Prompt and courteous.
Didn’t really need my fireplace to be “repaired” but Ben was very helpful at showing me how to operate all the switches and knobs. Friendly and funny, too!
