I'm on an LCHF (low-carb, high fat) eating plan, so tuna is a great fit for me and a regular part of my diet. Without the assurance that mercury levels are carefully monitored, I wouldn't feel safe eating so much of it. The taste is amazing and absolutely worth the extra cost.
I'm so happy to enjoy tuna again without the anxiety! The Albacore tuna, the only one I've tried so far, is just delicious. I really appreciate the effort that goes into this product.
