This 5 star rating is because of Crystal. I can't say enough about the care Crystal has given my brother over and above the care he requires on a daily basis. She makes him smile with the silly animal videos she shares with him which is not easy to do these days. He responds to her in a very positive way. She treats him as you would a family member rather than simply a client which to me is an important part of being a care aid. Don’t know what I would do without her.
