John was easy to get in contact with for the schedualing and his employee was very thorough with the inspection. The inspector offered a number of suggestions for areas that needed some TLC. John and his company handled everything from setting up the day to sending out the report in a very timely manner.

I am a first time homebuyer and John was extremely thorough and walked me through the whole process side by side, I can't say enough about my experience I highly recommend and will be in touch again when finding my next home! My husband and I are first time home buyers, so the home inspection process is very new to us. We were a bit overwhelemed and expecting the worst with a 100+ year old home, however, John made the inspection process very easy for us. John was very helpful and really explained what he was doing and looking for. He made great recommendations for the areas that needed work and I appreciate that he encouraged us to follow him while he was doing a very thorough inspection. I would definitely recommend John to others!
