My experience here was very positive, they've made it possible for me to do what I have to do to actually move forward. They connected me with some counseling without pushing anything. You can't find housing while you're just struggling to survive, so the only negative thing is that there aren't more places like this. They aren't wasting money on just a place to hang out for a few hours during the day - they put the money to rooms and beds and food and enough staff, like it should be. Review for CMHA safe bed on Wilson Owned by CMHA. I was a client of this place in 2016 and I can say that it is not designed for wheelchair users. I could not participate in anything or even get a cup of water because of accessibility yet they claimed it had to do with being a heritage site, but it isn’t. I don’t recommend this place due to the lack of accessibility and lack of accountability.
