Horrible, actually non existent, customer service, haven't billed my insurance and now they are sending me to collections, you can't talk to a human and no one returns my messages
Horrible group. Contacted company to pay bill and they took my payment information and said they processed payment but never did. I started getting unauthorized charges on my account afterwards and had to get a new payment card and they then sent my bill to collections. Whoever operates their payment center is HORRIBLE!
