We had Safe and Sound Security visit our site three times to conduct surveys for cabling and camera installation. You should be able to do 1 walkthrough and get all the information you need. Not three walkthroughs. The project dragged on for several months, partly due to their refusal to work weekends and their attempt to schedule work between 5:00 PM and 2:00 AM hours when no staff were present to oversee the work. Even though Safe and Sound Security could not help me with a project on the East Coast, they were very knowledgeable about their product and capabilities that would have been an asset to our community. It was very professional of them to share another company that has contacts for New Jersey.
With all the recent break-ins around our company building, which is located in an industrial and commercial area, we realized we needed increased security ASAP.
