Loved the personal and prompt service.
We’ve used them twice in 2024. The first time was for our Hot Tub installation and the second time for the installation of an outside generator. Justin and his team were very friendly and very professional. We found their prices very reasonable and competitive. They explained what was going o happen, invited questions and reviewed the finished product with us so we understood what had been done. We highly recommend them and will certainly use them again. I recently bought an EV and had to get the charger installed. Turned out that our box was only rated for 100 amps, between our hot tub and stove they added up to that already, after discovering this with Safe and Sound Connections during their inspection I was given a few options to look at, an upgrade to a 200 amp panel was the best option even though there was a cheaper solution, I was not pressured at all to go for the more expensive option even though it was the best one.
