This place is the cheapest, but you pay for what you get. The unit itself was normal. Its a storage unit. But the people are just the worst. So many times I would call to make a payment just to be hung up on or no answer or literally be told to call back tomorrow. I'd even go up there and nobody would be there even though part of the sales pitch was "we live here, someone is always here to help or answer the phone". My parents rented a storage unit here, which they booked through u-hauls website. The reservation amount stated was half the price of what they were charged with all documentation to prove it. They were scheduled to move in on September 5th. The owner called them on August 26th to see if they wanted to move in early because he would be gone up north to get married the weekend of move in.
