This place is horrible ...our truck was broke into and we called this company out to fix the lock, they came out and broke our door handle and replaced the lock but the lock would not work. They couldn’t put the door back together correctly so the window wouldn’t even roll up. They said they would be out the next day BUT it took them three days to come out and get it to where it would even lock . First, we were called out on an EMERGENCY call to make repairs to a break in on your truck. The parts required were ordered. At the time of the first response, the tech removed the existing door panel and lock. While removing the door panel, the tech broke the pull handle on the door. Called yesterday for service to be done today. Told technician that it would be difficult to reach me as there is limited cell coverage. He never showed. As I am waiting at our home for 2 hours for Safe and Secure to show up, I called from a neighbor's landline and left a message. I was then called and told that since he could not reach me, he scheduled another appointment. With so many other options around, don't use Safe and Secure!!

My worker tried getting your insurance info from the driver he replied “ no worries there’s no damage, this is an old working truck and believe me the owner has far older and beat up trucks like this one” This incident happened Dec 22nd and no one has contacted us with any reports of any incidents or insurance claim.
