Everyone on the safe alert team was enjoyable to work with. The communication was top notch through the whole process. Every question I had for Scott and Alec was answered. Easy to do business and highly recommend if anyone is interested in getting a system or upgrading.

We just bought our first house, and I’ve been pretty nervous about home security. Scott the owner was great talking me through everything on the phone, and then Alec and Storm came to the house to set everything up. They were awesome! From start to finish, they made sure I knew how to work everything. My puppy was following them around everywhere and they loved him, so extra points for that too (: highly recommend!
